Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Because you can cancel anytime and your access continues through the end of the period you paid for, you always get what you paid for.
Cancel from your dashboard in a few clicks. There are no cancellation fees and no hoops to jump through.
If you paid for an event RSVP and cannot make it, refunds are handled case by case. Contact us and we will work it out with you.
If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us right away and we will make it right.
