Cancel Your Membership

You can cancel anytime β€” no calls, no hoops. Your access stays active through the end of your current billing period.

You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure portal β€” we never store your card details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Log into your account, then go to your Dashboard. You'll see a Cancel Membership section. Click the button and you'll be taken to Stripe's billing portal to cancel in one click. You can also use the Cancel button at the top of this page.
No. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your subscription won't renew and access will end.
Refunds are handled case by case. If you believe you were charged in error or have a special circumstance, contact us and we'll work it out.
Go to your Dashboard and click Manage Subscription. The Stripe portal lets you update your card, view payment history, and download invoices.
Go to the Login page and click Forgot password? β€” we'll email you a reset link within a few minutes.
The membership lets you attend any One Leg Up event without needing a SwingLifeStyle or Kasidie profile. You also get members-only event info and early access. Donations still apply at the door β€” the membership is your access pass, not your event ticket.
Yes! Just visit the Membership page and subscribe again anytime. Your existing account will be reactivated.
